🔎 Cele trei rapoarte financiare principale❶｜Contul de profit și pierdere: O companie câștigă sau nu bani?
👉🏻 Contul de profit și pierdere (Income Statement) înregistrează veniturile, costurile și profiturile unei companii pe o anumită perioadă, putând fi considerat „raportul de performanță financiară” al companiei.
📊 Date comune în contul de profit și pierdere:
Venituri (Revenue): cât a câștigat compania din vânzarea produselor și furnizarea serviciilor
Profit brut (Gross Profit): cât rămâne după scăderea costurilor directe din venituri
Profit operațional (Operating Income): cât a câștigat din activitatea principală de afaceri
Profit net (Net Income): cât a rămas după deducerea tuturor costurilor, cheltuielilor, dobânzilor și taxelor
📌 Exemplu:
Veniturile unei companii cresc de la 10 miliarde la 12 miliarde, ceea ce pare o creștere a afacerii; dar dacă în aceeași perioadă costurile și cheltuielile cresc de la 8 miliarde la 11 miliarde, profitul final poate scădea. Prin urmare, creșterea veniturilor ≠ creșterea profitului.
💰 Venituri → scăderea costurilor și cheltuielilor → formarea profitului final
💡 La analiza contului de profit și pierdere, concentrați-vă pe trei aspecte:
Cât sunt veniturile, cât s-a cheltuit pentru a câștiga bani și cât s-a câștigat efectiv.
